Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup cooked chestnuts, chopped
  • 4-5 sage leaves, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sage, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.

  4. Remove from the oven and toss with the chopped chestnuts.

  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
