How To Make Broad Bean Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup broad beans, shelled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the broad beans to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly tender.

Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes until the beans are fully cooked.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the broad bean pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
