How To Make Broad Bean & Feta Cheese Toasts

Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread
- 1 cup of broad beans, cooked and peeled
- 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes, until they are crispy.

In a bowl, mash the cooked broad beans with a fork. Add the feta cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spread the broad bean and feta mixture evenly onto the toasted bread slices.

Return the toasts to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, until the feta cheese is slightly melted.
