  • 1 cup broad beans, steamed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices ciabatta bread
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the steamed broad beans, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  2. Toast the ciabatta bread slices until golden brown.

  3. Spread the broad bean mixture on the toasted bread slices.

  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  5. Serve immediately.
