Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  2. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.

  3. Add bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

  4. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for an additional 1 minute.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat.

  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the vegetables.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Serve the vegetable stir-fry hot and enjoy!
