How To Make Vegetable Stir-Fry
A delicious and healthy vegetable stir-fry packed with fresh and colorful vegetables, cooked to perfection in a flavorful sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add onions and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened.

Add bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for an additional 1 minute.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat.

Cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the vegetables.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
