- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of cornstarch
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a wok over high heat.

Add carrots, red bell pepper, and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
