Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Drain spaghetti and add to a large bowl.

  4. Pour sauce over spaghetti and toss to coat.

  5. Add scallions, sesame seeds, and cilantro and toss to combine.

  6. Serve hot or chilled.
