How To Make Sticky Mango Roasted Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spread the mango chunks evenly over the fillets.

Drizzle the honey-soy glaze over the salmon and mango.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serve the sticky mango roasted salmon over a bed of rice or quinoa, garnished with fresh cilantro.
