How To Make Soy & Butter Salmon Parcels

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, melted butter, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil.

  4. Spoon the soy sauce mixture evenly over each fillet.

  5. Top each fillet with sliced green onions and lemon slices.

  6. Fold the foil over the salmon to create a sealed parcel.

  7. Place the parcels on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

  8. Carefully open the foil parcels and transfer the salmon to serving plates.

  9. Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
