How To Make Pork Momos
Delicious Nepalese dumplings filled with minced pork, onion, and spices, steamed to perfection.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 250g minced pork
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 30 round dumpling wrappers
- Soy sauce, for serving
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine minced pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, ground cumin, ground coriander, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper in half and pleat the edges to seal.

Repeat with the remaining dumpling wrappers and pork mixture.

Place the momos in a steamer basket and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the wrappers are translucent.

Serve the pork momos hot with soy sauce for dipping.
