  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

  2. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork shoulder.

  3. Place the pork in a slow cooker and pour in the apple cider vinegar and water.

  4. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours, until the pork is tender and falls apart easily.
