How To Make Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat coconut oil, erythritol, and vanilla extract until fluffy. Add the egg and mix until thoroughly combined.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well incorporated.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Using a medium cookie scoop, form cookie dough balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
