How To Make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour.
