  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened ketchup
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink.

  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until soft.

  4. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.

  5. Add mayo, ketchup, mustard, and salt and pepper to the skillet and stir until combined.

  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the mixture.

  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
