How To Make Keto Steak Salad Recipe
A low-carb and keto-friendly salad made with juicy steak, fresh greens, and flavorful toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing thinly.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese, and avocado.
