- 2 medium-sized zucchinis, sliced into thin rounds
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Dip zucchini slices in the beaten egg and then coat them evenly with the parmesan mixture.
