Ingredients

  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.

  2. Mash the yolks in a bowl with a fork until crumbly.

  3. Add the avocado, lime juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix until smooth.

  4. Spoon the avocado mixture into the egg whites.

  5. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
