How To Make Keto Ground Beef and Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers Recipe
A delicious and satisfying keto-friendly dish filled with ground beef and cheese, stuffed inside colorful bell peppers.

Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers (any color)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and white membrane.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened.

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, stirring, until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir well to combine.

Spoon the beef mixture into the bell peppers, filling each one about 3/4 of the way full.

Top each pepper with shredded cheddar cheese.

Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
