  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Diced avocado, tomatoes, and onions for topping
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned and no longer pink, breaking up any clumps with a wooden spoon.

  3. Add garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir well to combine.

  4. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5-10 minutes.

  5. Heat the tortillas according to package directions.

  6. Divide the ground beef mixture among the tortillas.

  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced avocado, tomatoes, onions, and fresh cilantro.

  8. Serve immediately.
