Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 1 cup French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add cooked ground beef and green beans to the mixing bowl, and stir until well combined.

  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

  6. Top with French fried onions.

  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the top is crispy and golden brown.
