Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups cooked egg noodles

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
