This casserole is a delicious blend of ground beef, nutritious spinach, and creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain the fat.

  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.

  4. Add spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted.

  5. Stir in cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
