  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat.

  2. Add in the cauliflower rice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower rice is tender.

  4. Serve with chopped cilantro on top.
