How To Make Keto Ground Beef and Cauliflower Shepherd’s Pie Recipe
A low-carb twist on the classic comfort dish with a cauliflower mash topping and seasoned ground beef base.

Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.

Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper to taste.

In a separate pot, steam the chopped cauliflower until tender.

Drain cauliflower and blend in a food processor with butter, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese until smooth.

Spread the ground beef mixture evenly in a baking dish. Top with the cauliflower mash.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is lightly browned and the filling is heated through.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
