Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  3. In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cauliflower and sauté until tender.

  4. Add heavy cream to cauliflower and bring to a simmer. Slowly stir in cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese until melted and well-combined.

  5. Combine cooked ground beef with cauliflower mixture and transfer to a baking dish.

  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
