How To Make Keto Hamburger and Cauliflower Mac and Cheese Recipe
This low-carb, high-fat dish combines the classic American hamburger with creamy, cheesy cauliflower mac and cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cauliflower and sauté until tender.

Add heavy cream to cauliflower and bring to a simmer. Slowly stir in cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese until melted and well-combined.
