How To Make IHOP Chocolate Chip Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups of pancake mix
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

In a large mixing bowl, add pancake mix, water and mix well until no lumps remain.

Fold in chocolate chips into the batter.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto the pan/griddle for each pancake.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake.

Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve hot with maple syrup and your favorite toppings.
