How To Make IHOP Chocolate Chip Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of pancake mix
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add pancake mix, water and mix well until no lumps remain.

  3. Fold in chocolate chips into the batter.

  4. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto the pan/griddle for each pancake.

  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake.

  6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. repeat with the remaining batter.

  8. Serve hot with maple syrup and your favorite toppings.
