How To Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Indulgent peanut butter and chocolate chip pancakes that are perfect for an indulgent brunch.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, peanut butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk together until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, ladle 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the skillet. Cook until bubbly on top and the edges start to look dry, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side.

Repeat with remaining batter until all pancakes are made. Serve warm with additional peanut butter and chocolate chips as desired.
