This is a moist and delicious cake made with pumpkin and gluten-free flour.

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, mix together gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
