How To Make Gluten-Free Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour and butter until crumbly.

Add in the cold water and mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer to a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.

Slowly add in the almond milk and mix until well combined.

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pie crust.
