Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 egg white
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, xanthan gum, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Add vinegar and warm water, and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Shape dough into a 12 inch baguette and place on a greased baking sheet.

Brush the baguette with egg white.

Cover with a damp towel and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Allow the baguette to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
