Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made flatbread
  • 4 slices of hot salami
  • 1 courgette, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the flatbread and spread it evenly with a brush.

  4. Arrange the courgette slices and hot salami on top of the flatbread.

  5. Sprinkle the chili flakes, salt, and pepper over the toppings.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the courgette is tender.

  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  8. Slice and serve hot.
