How To Make Hot Salami & Courgette Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread
- 4 slices of hot salami
- 1 courgette, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Drizzle the olive oil over the flatbread and spread it evenly with a brush.

Arrange the courgette slices and hot salami on top of the flatbread.

Sprinkle the chili flakes, salt, and pepper over the toppings.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the courgette is tender.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
