Ingredients

  • 1 large flatbread
  • 1/2 cup of hummus
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of olives, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread the hummus evenly over the flatbread.

  4. Top with sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced olives.

  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

  7. Slice and serve hot.
