How To Make Flatbread Pizzas

Who says vegetarians don’t get to enjoy savory meals? A taste of these authentic vegetarian recipes will make you change your mind. So, you just might want to go vegetarian after your first bite.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of flatbread
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup of sliced black olives
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of sliced onions
  • 1 cup of cooked and crumbled sausage
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce on each flatbread.

  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

  5. Add your desired toppings like bell peppers, black olives, mushrooms, onions, and sausage.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.

  8. Slice the flatbread pizzas into wedges and serve hot.
