Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup stevia
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a cake pan.

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat together applesauce, almond milk, stevia, and eggs.

Gradually add in dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour batter into prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
