How To Make Dairy-Free Black Bean Tacos Recipe
These vegan tacos are loaded with protein-rich black beans, veggies, and a flavorful spice mix, making them the perfect meatless meal.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, diced
- Fresh cilantro leaves, for serving
- Lime wedges, for serving

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add red bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
