How To Make Ground Pork and Black Bean Tacos

Delicious and flavorful tacos made with ground pork and black beans.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. Add the black beans, bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

  4. Heat the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.

  5. Assemble the tacos, filling each with the pork and black bean mixture.

  6. Enjoy!
