How To Make Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients
- 2 cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, avocado, shredded cheese
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and sauté until softened and fragrant.

Add the drained and rinsed black beans to the skillet, along with the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes, until heated through.

Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven until pliable.
