How To Make Crispy Sesame Lemon Chicken
Deliciously crispy chicken with a tangy and zesty lemon flavor, coated in sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, combine flour, sesame seeds, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere the sesame seeds.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Heat over low heat for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through.
