How To Make Sticky Lemon & Sesame Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped spring onions, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.

Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add some oil.

Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is sticky and caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve with rice or noodles.
