- 4 chicken legs or thighs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, and black pepper.

Dip each chicken piece in buttermilk, then roll in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry chicken pieces for about 8-10 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain excess oil on paper towels before serving.
