How To Make Best Egg Rolls
A crispy and savory appetizer filled with flavorful vegetables and pork.

Ingredients
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup of cooked ground pork
- 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- 1 cup of shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions

In a pan, cook the ground pork until browned. Add in shredded cabbage, carrots, onion, and garlic. Sautee for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are softened.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Preheat oil in a deep fryer or a pan. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and add 2-3 tablespoons of the filling into the center of the wrapper.

Roll the wrapper tightly and fold the sides in. Brush some beaten egg on the remaining corner and seal the egg roll.

Fry the egg rolls in the oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce.
