  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add heavy cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder, then whisk together.

  3. Reduce heat to low and add grated parmesan cheese, whisking constantly until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.

  4. Serve over pasta.
