Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tsp BBQ seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut into 4 wedges, making sure the core stays intact.

  3. Brush the cabbage wedges with melted butter and sprinkle with BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place the cabbage wedges on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, or until grill marks appear.

  5. Flip the cabbage wedges and baste with more melted butter. Cook for another 10 minutes.

  6. Repeat the flipping and basting process every 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender and slightly charred, about 20 minutes in total.

  7. Remove the cabbage from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
