Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. In the last minute of cooking, add the peas. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Add crab meat to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Add the cooked spaghetti and peas to the skillet. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.

  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
