How To Make Blueberry Jam

Sweet and tangy blueberry jam made from fresh blueberries. Perfect for spreading on toast or using as a topping for desserts.

  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a boil.

  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the jam has thickened.

  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  5. Using a spoon, transfer the jam into sterilized jars.

  6. Seal the jars tightly and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
