  • 4 swordfish steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Season the swordfish steaks with salt and black pepper.

  3. Place sesame seeds on a plate and coat the swordfish steaks.

  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  5. Add swordfish steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  6. Transfer the swordfish to a sheet pan and bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

  7. Serve with lemon slices.
