How To Make Pesto Crusted Swordfish Recipe

Tender and flavorful swordfish fillets coated in a delicious pesto crust.

Ingredients

  • 4 swordfish fillets
  • 1/2 cup of basil pesto
  • 1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix pesto, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese.

  3. Season the swordfish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides, and brush them lightly with olive oil.

  4. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and press the pesto mixture onto the top of each fillet.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the fish is cooked through.
