  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place flounder fillets in a baking dish and pour lemon butter mixture over them.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
