How To Make Flounder Piccata Recipe
Flounder fillets are cooked in a lemon butter sauce to create a deliciously tangy and savory dish.

Ingredients
- 4 flounder fillets
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions

Season the flour with salt and pepper and coat the flounder fillets.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the flounder fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove the flounder fillets from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the butter, chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Return the flounder fillets to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the flounder fillets are fully cooked.
