How To Make Garlic Parmesan Flounder Recipe

- 4 flounder filets
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt and pepper.

Dip each flounder filet into the melted butter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.

Place the flounder fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
