How To Make Garlic Parmesan Flounder Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 flounder filets
  • 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.

  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt and pepper.

  3. Dip each flounder filet into the melted butter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Place the flounder fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
